A Note from Our Family to Yours
As we close the chapter on our second full year as a small, family-run business, we’ve been reflecting — not just on the milestones, but on the moments in between.
Running a startup is a bit like climbing a mountain in the dark: thrilling, exhausting, and full of surprises (and stumbles). Some days feel like summits. Others, like loose gravel. But every single day, we’re reminded why we started — and why we keep going.
The Highs and the Lows
This year brought both. We celebrated new product launches, like our Sèrpa 12oz Wine Tumbler and fun limited releases like our Saturnalia and Mud Season colors. We navigated supply delays, design tweaks, and those late nights when boxes were packed by hand - thankfully the coffee stayed warm with our proprietary 3-Way Insulation.
There were moments of stress, of course — every small brand knows that rhythm — but there were far more moments of pride. Seeing our drinkware become part of your routines, road trips, and celebrations reminded us that we’re building something real. Maybe my favorite moment of the year was seeing our tumbler with Michelle, my mom and dad 3,000 miles away with a new friend in Martha’s Vineyard. It’s incredibly rewarding to see your product natively in the wild.

It isn’t luck, or marketing budgets, or some magic formula. It’s you.
Our community — customers, partners, friends, and early believers — is what makes this little company move forward. Every order, every message, every photo you tag us in means more than we can say. You’ve turned what began as a family experiment into something that feels like a shared journey.

Because you deserve it.
Looking Ahead
Year three feels full of promise. We’re testing new designs, new colorways, and some ideas that have been waiting patiently on the drawing board. But before we sprint ahead, we wanted to pause — to say thank you for helping us get here.
