Serpa tumblers can be cleaned with warm soapy water and are dishwasher safe.

Do not microwave. Fire or injury may occur.

Leakproof Seal:
Do not use with Dry Ice.
Do not use with Carbonated Beverages
Do not use for storage of perishable food.
These uses can cause pressure to build inside the vessel. If pressure builds up, the cap can be difficult to remove or forcefully eject and cause harm.

Do open periodically to relieve pressure.

"I absolutely have to use a mug that seals when it is not in my hand because I have a toddler who loves to dump things. So far no spills or leaks! The heat and ice retention are both very good. The only issue I have is sometimes after taking the outer lid off and on multiple times the inner lid becomes too tight and I have trouble unscrewing it."

Advertising size/scale is bogus

"The are incredibly expensive and SMAL. L. Yes it says “16oz” but the online scale depiction appears to be MUCH larger. The hand models used in the photos MUST BE children. I was shocked when my two-pack arrived and immediately regretted the purchase. After a modest amount of ice, the capacity of the 16oz is actually about 10oz. Not worth it."

"The people who are having a hard time getting the lid off maybe need to hit the gym and lift some weights or buy some cheap mug from Walmart. I’m a 40 year old woman and have no problem. Mmmkay not as great as the Yeti

"It's okay. It doesn't keep my coffee as hot for as long as a Yeti (coffee was tepid within 2 hours with the only the sipping lid on whereas with my Yeti, it would stay very hot still yet), and the width size is a bit wider for my hand grip, so I need to be careful about holding it well, since it could easily slip out of my grasp. Tightening the cover is a bit tough and slightly cumbersome to do, but it's leakproof, which is nice. Overall, it's okay, but not as wonderful as I had anticipated."
