Just not big enough, i want more. . . . plz

"I received my 16oz tumbler and right off I knew, I want a larger capacity like a 24oz for my morning coffee that I purchase from a local coffee shop which is 24 oz. They all comment on how convenient the tumbler is. How cool the storage for the lid is. My ONLY negative thing so far is " its just not big enough. ""

Exceeds expectations

"We love our Sherpa tumblers and have enough of them for everyone in the family. During long days backcountry skiing/climbing, our hot drinks stay hot and do not spill in the backpack. When we jump on bike to go to an evening concert or sunset ride, our cocktails stay nice and cold. It's a small feature but the top nests perfectly into the bottom and we've stopped the game of collecting orphan mugs/bottles that lost their tops. 10/10 recommend."

Lid needs improvement

"The lid is secured by 3 small plastic nubs that slide under tabs. Not sure how those are going to hold up long term and already had the lid pop off unexpectedly. For sure could have a better way to tighten the lid. I would be cautious about leaving this loose in a pack. Side note, shipping took close to 2 weeks."

"I've been debating for almost 3 months whether to order this or not, I finally broke down and ordered one. It does a good job of keeping drinks cold or hot the only fault I find is minor, I wish it was a larger size either 18 or 20 oz."

Nearly great

"The tumbler is great. Keeps my coffe hot a very long time. Definitely longer then it takes me to drink it. However, there two issues with the outer lid that I will take the star for. It is a simple fix that would make this a perfect solution. Fist it is not completely flat. Because of that, when the lid is magnetically on the bottom of the tumbler, the tumbler is wobbly and doesn't stand firm on a flat surface. It is a very slight convex, probaly 1 mm, but it is enough for the tumbler to be unstable. Second, that top surface of the lid is slick. When it is on a flat surface with the tumbler on top, it not only wobbles, it also slides. All together, putting tumbler with liquid inside on a surface, while top lid is on the bottom, has to be done very carefully, because it is unstable and easy to knock over."

Absolute Workhorse!

"The Serpa Tumbler is the best tumbler I own! It’s so good, in fact, that I bought one for each member of my family! It keeps hot beverages nice and toasty for hours, and cold beverages icy for days. I’ve left it in my car in August heat for an entire workday, and the inside still held ice. I like that it is leakproof with the cap on so that I can toss it in my work bag or gym bag and not have to worry about spills. It’s truly a workhorse! My only complaint is that I want all the colors, and I wish SMMT would make a 20 or 24 oz. version. (Which I will then need in all of the colors…)"
