SMMT Lab was built to be our experimental studio for limited-time projects designed to stretch the edges of modern mountain utility. This month, we welcome Lucas Beaufort, artist, skateboarder, self-described dreamer and traveler, for our first artist residency.

Lucas is a French artist known globally for his instinctive line work, representing unity, energy, and shared humanity. His work bridges outdoor, skateboarding, fashion and street-art cultures.

Serpa tumblers can be cleaned with warm soapy water and are dishwasher safe.

Do not microwave. Fire or injury may occur.

Leakproof Seal:
Do not use with Dry Ice.
Do not use with Carbonated Beverages
Do not use for storage of perishable food.
These uses can cause pressure to build inside the vessel. If pressure builds up, the cap can be difficult to remove or forcefully eject and cause harm.

Do open periodically to relieve pressure.

"I love this tumbler. I like drinking my beverages hot, but ride a bike or a bus to work. This tumbler allows me to brew my tea or coffee at home, chuck it bag, and drink it piping hot at work. The mouth is wide enough to fit a tea steeper, and the inner sip lid allows for nice big sips that don’t immediately scald your mouth, unlike other packable flasks. Precisely the product I’ve been waiting for!"

"Really interesting tumbler… it took us a couple minutes to wrap our heads around the lid system but when you get it, it’s amazing. It creates such a great seal, don’t twist it too tight - it doesn’t need it like other lids…. The self contained coaster is great and it keeps things hot OR cold for hours and hours. I would have given it five stars but I’m trying to cut out plastics… if it had less plastic, I’d definitely say it’s perfect."

"My shipment just been lost and delayed worst experience. Till now 8 days still no cup no update on shipment VSSL cup was at my door in 4 days. If you don't mind waiting like it's 1970 for your order then order away if not there other better cups that will be delivered in a more timely manner especially if we the customer are paying for shipping and handling. Feels like I just been ripped off cause now no one knows where the order is at. Contacted DHL and USPS no one knows."

"These were at first superb items. They did an and still do, do an excellent job of insulating and keeping things cold or hot for an extended period of time. However, just had to take the silicone seals off one of my tumblers cuz it was getting mold behind it. Not a large issue in and of itself. What is to me an issue is the fact the seals are a split design that are extremely hard to clean. See the attached photo. Otherwise they are a great item. Why the seal is a split design is beyond me."
