What to know for the adventure

How do I know what my order will look like?

We provide a rendering of your order to approve before you pay.

What type of file do you need from me?

For custom logos, we will need you to provide your logo file as an editable vector file (.ai/.eps).

For monogramming/initials/name we will provide a mockup using our monogramming font.

What info should I include in my email?

Please include your order quantity by style and color in your note to us!

Pricing varies based on order quantity and will be provided with order submission.

How long does a custom order take?

Customization typically takes 5–7 business days. (Not including approval, and shipping times, which may vary).
